Tencent, CES P Elite (CES CPE) significantly weighted constituent, dropped 10% after unsatisfactory quarter result announcement and shares disposal from major shareholder Naspers. CES CPE index, comprised of foreign-listed private Chinese companies, down 7.8%.
 
Global equity market fell sharply on worrisome of U.S. trade war declaration. The China cross border large-cap benchmark CES China 120 Index (CES 120) declined 4.1%. 
 
Hong Kong Dollar approaching 7.85, weak side of the Linked Exchange Rate regime, at weakest level in 33 years. CES Stock Connect HK Select 100 (CES SCHK100), tracks the unique Hong Kong stocks available for the Southbound Trading, decreased 3.7%.
